I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC - ICF) from the International Coaching Federation, working in the area of Leadership Development and Personal Transformation.
As a full-time coach, I work with senior & mid-level leaders across various industries and non-profit organizations. I leverage some of the latest developments in Neuroscience through my coaching and blend them with Transformational Coaching methodologies that work at a deeper human level, to help people achieve their professional and personal potential. I believe that the power to make our lives more successful and meaningful lies within each one of us, and it can be unleashed through greater self-awareness and inspired action. My coaching style is intuitive and collaborative, and draws on my deep listening skills coupled with a strong empathic presence.
I am certified to conduct Hogan Personality Assessments and the Emotional Intelligence Assessment, both of which provide a strong foundation to my coaching engagements. I am also using the Enneagram Personality tool for client self-awareness with great effectiveness and impact.

What do you think you bring to Coaching
