Neetha Sanjay is a Singapore-based, ICF certified Life & Career Coach with a passion for empowering women to achieve their life and career goals. With over a decade of experience in healthcare management and a background as a dental surgeon, Neetha has a unique perspective that she leverages to help her clients gain confidence, resilience, and positivity in their personal and professional lives.
Neetha is committed to working with organizations that help empower the next generation of female leaders, especially those from underserved communities. She is a member of the Communications Committee at SNM (Singapore), a Mentor with Wedu Global, She Brilliance, and the National University of Singapore, and one of the co-authors of Amazon's Bestselling book on inspiration called #MyVoice, Vol 1 and Shaken, stirred, But Not Deterred , Vol 2.
In addition to her coaching work, Neetha is also a community leader for the elderly and women. She has served on the Board of PrimeTime Professional and Business Women's Association, a non-profit organization with a mission to help women live their lives to their maximum potential.
Neetha's goal is to empower a million women by 2030. She believes that by empowering the next generation of female leaders, we can create real global change.
