After my stints in companies like Texas Instruments, Motorola, AT&T and SITA, I have now embarked on Executive Coaching as a business. I am an executive Coach for about 10 to 12 coachees on an average per month. Besides Coaching, I design and deliver Assessment Centres for my clients. This invoves developing the tools and getting a team of assessors to run the program for my client. Finally I am a visiting faculty for Indian Insititute Of Management, Bangalore and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. I am also a faculty for some of the programs run by the Asian Insititute Of Management, Manila, The Philippines.
