Past Work Experience
Before founding The Clarity Expert, I spent over 15 years in the corporate world, specializing in procurement transformation and strategic consulting across Asia-Pacific. I led regional projects for multinational corporations and government-linked organizations, focusing on eProcurement, change management, and leadership development. My experience working across cultures in Australia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, and the U.S. gave me deep insight into cross-cultural collaboration and organizational dynamics — which I now bring into every coaching and training engagement. Today, I serve clients across sectors, combining business insight with coaching tools to help leaders and teams communicate better, collaborate smarter, and lead with purpose.
