Born in the countryside, I was fortunate to have parents with a global mindset, exposing my brothers and me to diverse cultures around the world before we pursued our career paths. This led me to spend significant portions of my life in the UK, USA, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan, the Philippines, South Africa, and more. I'm more than happy to share these experiences over coffee and discuss how I can assist you on your journey. I hold full professional membership with various reputable organizations, such as the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches, Association for Coaching, Australian Counselling Association, and many more. I'm deeply committed to the helping the profession of coaching - holding senior roles within peak bodies like the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches and the Association for Coaching. My insatiable curiosity and dedication to lifelong learning have led me to study theology, philosophy, psychology, business, finance, palliative care medicine, and migration law. This diverse educational background allows me to work as a clinical counsellor and coach. But I have been lucky enough to wear various hats throughout my career, including trainer, business manager, youth worker, writer, coach, social researcher, political adviser, and consultant. With over fifteen years of experience as a consultant, counsellor, and coach, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life worldwide, gaining profound insights into the barriers that hinder personal progress. Being in the right place at the right time, I'm humbled to have received several awards and accolades, including Career Achievement and Community Development Decorations from the Australia Council's Young Australian of the Year Awards Program, and APAC Coach of the Year, as well as recently being named as one of the ‘Top 20 Coaches to Work With’ by an international business publication. While Sydney is my home base, I frequently split my time between Sydney, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Singapore, and Brisbane. I also offer online coaching sessions via various online platforms. Beyond work, I relish quality time with my partner and children, wherever our journey takes us in the world.
