Suyin has 30 years working experience under her belt with 27 years being in the consulting / training arena whilst the beginning stages of her career were in accounting.
Zealous to help individuals be self-empowered, Suyin is passionate about imparting her knowledge to help and develop others. Certified in Clean Language, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), GENOS Emotional Intelligence (EI), Emergenetics, FLOW DISC and Learning Game Design, she uses a blend of Clean Language, Emergent Knowledge and other tools (eg. Emotional Intelligence, Emergenetics, DISC and NLP to help clients empower themselves.
A fervent believer of continuous learning herself, Suyin has also armed herself with Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Learning Game Design Practitioner. Suyin graduated with Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and she also has a Masters of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management - Claremont Graduate University. She is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (Australia). She is also the current Honorary Treasurer for Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches.

What do you think you bring to Coaching
Suyin has been mentoring and coaching as part of her role in the corporate arena. She is embarking to focus more on coaching. She is especially passionate about parenting as she believes children are at the stage where most impact can be made to help establish a solid foundation for their own future. She has been coaching people who
have cancer or care givers. This is in addition to corporate coaching.
Past Work Experience
Suyin has 30 years working experience in the Corporate world under her belt. She has exposure to various industries like Oil & Gas, Financial Services specializing in business process change, change management, human capital development and training whilst doing project management as part of her consulting career. She had also taken on roles like Learning Coach at Accenture where she prepared faculty to teach. Today she continues working across borders, training and coaching executives in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, India, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. She has designed, developed and conducted various training initiatives in the areas of project management, change management and professional development including that in the e-learning space. She enjoys interacting with people and has been a catalyst and facilitator in groups to promote understanding amongst team members.

As a coach (and thinking partner), she strives to expand people’s capacity to learn and grow by helping them shift their perspectives to see their situations in new ways. She has been awarded PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by ICF. Passionate about serving others especially those who are in need, she has also volunteered in NGO activities since school days. She currently also runs workshops for NACSM.
