Weelin is an accomplished Marketer turned Professional Coach.
Prior to Coaching, Weelin spent over 25 years working in Marketing and PR in the Media, Technology, and Entertainment industries across Asia Pacific. This included leadership positions in premier entertainment companies such as Warner Bros and Netflix, overseeing the implementation of countless global marketing campaigns for a diverse slate of films, franchises, and TV series such as The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter franchise, Stranger things etc.
Responsible for team hiring, development and growth in fast paced/multicultural environments, Weelin has also amassed years of management experience and a wide array of interpersonal skills in handling influential personalities and building successful work teams bridging cultural boundaries, inclusivity, and trends.
She believes that her invaluable experience coupled with a genuine personal interest in helping develop others has equipped her to coach in areas of leadership, management, career transition, personal development and change management.
She is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and uses Positive Psychology intervention her coaching. It is her passion to bring about positive change and help individuals, especially women, find success and fulfillment in their lives and work.
