Bachelor of Psychology/ DiSC Certified Trainer/ Mixed roots of Japan and Hong Kong. Grew up Japan. In my childhood, I grew up bewildered by the fact that my sense and knowledge is different from those around me. One day, I realized “The things everybody knows in Japan is sometimes nobody cares in other countries.”, I felt free from it as it is not absolute. By "Counseling", learned that I had kept a lid on my emotions. This experience taught me that negative emotions also have an important role. After that, I had a chance to having a coaching session. “Coaching”, its energetic dialogue always impressed me, and brings me back to my place "living on own axis". While traveling to various countries and coming into contact with diverse values, I also learned about Japan, Tea ceremonies, Kimonos, and the manners of the samurai of the past. Everything is harmonizing and always beautiful. Experiencing physical ailments had a profound impact on my subsequent values. I've come to think that the reason “don't move forward” is not because of their laziness or ability, but because there must be a reason. Thinking about the mind and body as one, listening to the voice of the body, and moving the body rationally from the skeleton, those have been natural sensations in Japan since ancient times. In particular, "Loosening" brought high-performance was valuable experience to me.
