She previously worked as a senior consultant in leading consulting firms, including SHL and C&D consulting. For 13 years, she was a coaching and mentoring pillar lead at Nestle China and a learning and development professional in Siemens China and Lenovo Global Supply Chain. During her 19 years of working experience, Jane has worked with different executive, functional, and Hi potential leaders within leading companies in China. Her coaching focuses on executive leadership development, restoring emotional safety, onboarding and role transition, delegation and coaching team, future career development plans, and life design. She is an inspiring trainer for Leader as Coach training. Besides, she provides organizations with practical solutions to their talent agenda. Jane is certified with multiple coaching assessment tools, including OPQ, WBI, 360 feedback, KFLA, etc. She speaks Chinese and English. She enjoys jogging, reading, and traveling.
