Most coaches are aware that transformational coaching adds significantly more value to their coachees than transactional coaching. If a coachee wants to improve the relationship with their superior, we could help the coachee figure out how to interact differently in order for this relationship to improve – this is only Transactional Coaching.
However, if we could help the coachee figure out and shift these tendencies and ways of thinking that led them to this suboptimal relationship, it is usually relatively easy for the coachee to shift the relationship with their superior. More importantly, something fundamentally has changed in the coachee’s mindset that will not only benefit this relationship, but other relationships, too – this is Transformational Coaching.
This session, conducted by Asia’s experienced executive coach, Charlie Lang, will help you understand how you can leverage the Yin/Yang-inspired Power of Paradoxes to accelerate the transformation of your coachees.
