The Neuroscience of Trust: What Every Coach Needs to Know

A webinar with Joseph Tigani on Wednesday, 19 July 2023, 7PM – 8:30PM SG/HK time.

Trust is the highest rated factor in the coaching relationship between a coach and client. How can you use the neuroscience of trust to produce better outcomes for your coaching clients? The speaker, Joseph Tigani, advocates that by understanding what trust is and how the brain produces trustworthy behaviors can help strengthen the coaching relationship.

Hence, knowing how to build and develop trust with clients can be a lot easier to do with a practical understanding of how the brain makes decisions about trust, and how it generates trust behaviors beneficial for both coaches and their clients. That can help the coaching relationship and your clients to take their own levels of trust to higher levels.

Joseph’s sharing will be based on his thesis on the neuroscience of trust in coaching (grade mark of 99%) combined with his own experience as an organizational neuroscientist and coach.
